Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Grayling Jewelry pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom designs and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
